Breakfast:

2 Eggs
1/4 avocado
1 ounce of grated sharp cheddar
1/4 cup quinoa
1/4 cup boiled cubed sweet potato
6 sliced cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp salsa to top it off

 
Snack: Smoothie A

1/4 banana
1/2 serving blueberries & strawberries
1 serving baby kale
8 oz water
3 ice cubes
1 scoop vanilla protein
 
Lunch: Quinoa Bowl
 
 
 
1 serving baby kale
1 serving chicken breast
1 serving mixed veggies
    - cherry tomatoes
    - beets
    - cucumber
    - red onion
    - carrots
    - red and orange peppers
    - pineapple
2 tbsp dijon dressing
 
          
 
Snack:
 
1/2 apple sliced
1 oz sharp white cheddar cheese
Dinner:

1 serving wild cod
1/2 sweet potato
1 serving citrus asparagus and red pepper tomato salad
 
Snack:
 
1 serving sliced veggies
2 tbsp hummus
